Cyberpark, Kozhikode is the Government of Kerala's IT park for the Malabar region, designed to anchor the technology sector in North Kerala across the Kozhikode–Kannur corridor. All Cyberpark companies with 10 or more employees are required to comply with the POSH Act — including companies at the SEZ campuses in Kannur and Kasaragod that fall under the Cyberpark umbrella.

Every Cyberpark company with 10 or more employees must constitute an Internal Committee, conduct regular awareness training, and file the IC Annual Report with the District Officer, Kozhikode.
